The project proposes to consolidate 10 parcels on an approximately 28.13-acre site into four lots to construct a 47,344 square-foot hotel with 60 rooms, a 98,389 square-foot senior assisted-living facility with 151 rooms, and 73 age-restricted (55+) residential condominiums over 25 buildings totaling approximately 162,129 square-feet, plus associated parking. The parcels are currently vacant except for an abandoned single-family house and associated accessory buildings. Lot 1 will be 3.76 acres in size, adjacent to Golden Valley Road, and developed with the hotel. Lot 2 will be 5.43 acres in size, directly behind (north of) Lot 1, and developed with the senior assisted housing facility. Lot 3 will be 13.09 acres in size, behind Lot 2, and developed with 73 townhouses. Lot 4 will be 5.11 acres and reserved as open space.
