Document Description
The project consists of improvements along multiple right-of-way segments within the western area of the City of Glendale, bounded by Elm Avenue (west), Glenoaks Boulevard (north), Elm Avenue (east), and Cosmic Way (south). The scope of work for improvements to these identified right-of-way corridors includes: 1) selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, and alley aprons; 2) selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements; 3) installation of new ADA compliant curb ramps where none existed, and 4) modification and reconstruction of existing ramps to meet current ADA standards.
