Document Description
The City of Concord is constructing the Residential Pavement Maintenance Phase Project (City Project Nos. 2611 & 2624) following up on previous concrete improvements project with pavement maintenance and repairs to asphalt concrete. Work includes rubber cape seal (chip seal + slurry seal), mill and fill, utility cover adjustments, digouts up to 4-inches in depth, crack seal, and slurry seal. Restriping lane lines and pavement markings is included, as well as other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
