The City of Concord is constructing the Diamond Blvd Pavement Rehabilitation Project (City Project No. 2727) which will remove and replace existing asphalt concrete on Diamond Blvd between Concord Ave and Walnut Creek Bridge. Work includes mill and fill with hot mix asphalt, traffic control, utility cover adjustments, digouts up to 4-inches in depth, curb ramp upgrades at intersections, pedestrian push button modifications, restriping, and other items or details that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, or Special Provisions to be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
