The proposed work includes installation of a new traffic signal and traffic striping at an existing intersection (Arlington Ave and Lincoln Ave), replacement of traffic signal poles (Sepulveda Blvd and Madison St; Carson St and Del Amo Cir E), and installation of traffic signal components on existing poles at the following 14 other existing traffic signals: Torrance Blvd and Earl St. Torrance Blvd and Village Ln, Torrance Blvd and Madrona Ave, Torrance Blvd and Maple Ave, Torrance Blvd and Hickory Ave, Torrance Blvd and Fern Ave, Torrance Blvd and Crenshaw Blvd, Crenshaw Blvd and Carson St. Crenshaw Blvd and Jefferson St/ Plaza Del Amo, Sepulveda Blvd and Anza Ave, Lomita Blvd and Medical Center Dr, Lomita Blvd and Hospital and Technology Dr, 182nd St and Doty St. and 182nd St and Yukon Ave. This project will involve no expansion of capacity or creation of new automobile lanes.
