The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Major Amendment 1 to Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-58500-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Calnev Pipe Line, LLC. The project includes a major amendment to EPIMS-SBR-58500-R6 to update the project description and project impacts to allow for the construction of a temporary access road within Wheaton Wash, which will result in additional temporary impacts to Fish and Game Code section 1602 and avoidance and minimization measures.
