Document Description
This project will remove and replace the existing Class 1 multi-use paved trail along Goshen Avenue between Mooney Boulevard and Giddings Avenue. Additionally, the project will update the existing landscape & irrigation; install new fencing; install new path lighting; install storm drain improvements; construct pedestrian ramps to be compliant with the current American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and Public Right of Way Guidelines (PROWAG); intersection traffic signal improvements; and make improvements to the railroad as required by the rail agency. Rail improvements include replacing the existing track panels and signals. The project will include demolition, grading, concrete, pavement, fencing, striping, and electrical work.
