Document Description
The project proposes subdividing an undeveloped 39.99-acre parcel into four (4) parcels ranging in size from 5.25 acres (Parcel 1 ), 7 .85 acres (Parcel 2), 15.55 acres (Parcel 3) and 11.34 acres (Parcel 4). All four of the parcels would be accessed via Native Lane. Each parcel would be served by installing a private well for both potable water and emergency water service, and served by private, on-site wastewater treatment (septic systems). Electric/utilities service would be provided by connecting to existing PG&E infrastructure in the project vicinity.
