The proposed water line project would install a new 2.5-inch water line from the Lake Wohlford Resort northeast along the north side of Lake Wohlford Road approximately 9,000 linear feet to an existing Valley Center Municipal Water District connection located at the intersection of Lake Wohlford Road and Guejito Road. Lake Wohlford Resort is located in unincorporated San Diego County at 25484 Lake Wohlford Road, Escondido, California. The Project is generally located east of Interstate 15, west of State Route 79 and 76, south of Valley Center, along Lake Wohlford Road, within the unincorporated community of Lake Wohlford; San Diego County.
