Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-ORA-61959-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to The Ranch as represented by Kurt Bjorkman. The Project is limited to impacts associated with the ongoing maintenance of the nine-hole golf course at The Ranch at Laguna Beach situated along Aliso Creek. Maintenance activities include manual removal of dead branches, debris, trash, litter, and downed wood; maintenance trimming of native woody riparian species and sapling removals to maintain line of sight between golf holes crossing the creek; ongoing invasives removal and monitoring of onsite restoration areas; and ongoing removal of nonnatives and invasive vegetation along the Aliso Creek within the property boundaries.
