Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) which allows for the permitting of existing private structures in which no expansion of the structure or use are proposed and Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) which allows for the construction of accessory structures, including fences. No expansion of existing or former use of the existing fences is proposed. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
