Document Description
The Project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion from the Navarro River via existing water diversion infrastructure. Water is diverted for frost protection, irrigation, heat protection, and fish and wildlife preservation per two appropriative water rights (A023120 and A033408) and a riparian right (S016614). Work for the water diversion will include seasonal installation, use, and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.

The project consists of the operation, repair, and maintenance of an existing structure. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
