Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace (7) deteriorated poles and access SCE structures for maintenance activities; and perform temporary associated traffic control activities; within State right of way, on State Route (SR)118 on postmile (PM) 2.543-3.949 at Citrus Dr, in the City and County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 120 inches, an average width of 60 inches, and a maximum length of 5 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
