Project proposes to install a courtesy dock for non-motorized watercraft, fishing pier, and accessible parking and path of travel in an isolated pond along the Tuolumne and Stanislaus Rivers at Dos Rios Ranch State Park for public use and enjoyment. Project proposes to install a courtesy dock for non-motorized watercraft, fishing pier, and accessible parking and path of travel in an isolated pond along the Tuolumne and Stanislaus Rivers at Dos Rios Ranch State Park for public use and enjoyment. The following work will occur: For the Courtesy Dock On the shore, construct an 8-ft x 8 ft concrete abutment with a 12-in. steel pipe abutment anchor installed approx. 5-ft below grade; Drive six (6) 12-in steel (capped) piles into the pond bed approx. 15-ft below the low water line. Install a 150-ft long x 10-ft wide aluminum-framed dock with concrete solid-surface panels; and Install a 70-ft floating steel gangway to connect the dock to the abutment. For the Fishing Pier On the shore, construct an 8-ft x 15 ft concrete abutment with a 12-in. steel pipe anchor installed approx. 5-ft below grade. Drive two (2) 12-in steel (capped) piles into the pond bed approx. 15-ft below the low water line. Install a 40-ft long x 16-ft wide aluminum-framed fishing pier with concrete solid-surface panels; and Install a 57-ft floating steel gangway to connect the pier to the abutment. For the Parking and Paths of Travel Excavate to pour concrete for two (2) ADA-compliant parking stalls with accessible aisle. Install wheel stops, striping and signage as appropriate; and Excavate to install a 5-ft wide aggregate pathway, with a mid-point turn-around area with bench seating, connecting parking with the dock and pier.
