Reasons for Exemption
This project focuses on planting native species to encourage habitat creation for pollinators. The implementation of native plants will be placed as a hedgerow of 99 feet in lenght, well below 5 acres. There will be no adverse impacts to threatened or endangered species, and the project will not impact or disrupt surrounding land use. Additionally, the project will be carried out with hand labor and will not use mechanized equipment.
