Document Description
The work to be done consists, in general, of pavement rehabilitation along 18th Avenue, including grinding and removal of approximately 0.2 feet of existing asphalt pavement, placement of pavement fabric, and installation of approximately 0.2 feet of Type A HMA overlay. Work also includes replacement of curb ramps, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and installation of detectable warning surfaces to meet ADA standards. Existing loop detectors will be replaced as needed, and existing drainage inlets will be replaced with City standard inlets. Utility adjustments will include raising sewer manholes, water valves, and storm drain manholes to finished grade. Pavement delineation and striping will be installed.
