The project includes the replacement of the Art/Home Economics (Building 27, 24.461 GSF), Theater Arts (Building 28 - 35,452 GSF), and Speech-Music (Building 23 – 19,972 GSF) on the Fresno City College campus. These facilities no longer meet current instructional needs and were not designed to accommodate modern technology, accessibility standards, or contemporary performing and visual arts program requirements. Upon completion, the new 79,885 Arts Complex will include 4,700 ASF Lecture space, 19,580 Lab space, 2,900 ASF Office space, and 26,071 ASF of Other Instructional Support space for staff and students.
