Document Description
The project will construct a new Fresno City College Center for Applied Technology building in the location of existing Parking Lot T. The Applied Technology programs are in a series of six buildings (105,143 GSF) originally constructed in 1960: T-100, T-200, T-300, T-400, T-500, and T-600. The new building is intended to replace these outdated buildings and will include indoor and outdoor shop spaces, classrooms, storage, offices, restrooms, workrooms, and other similar spaces. Programs planned for relocation are: Electric Technology; Manufacturing and Industrial Technology; Industrial Systems Technology and Maintenance; Graphic Arts & Design; Construction Crafts Technology; Architectural Technology; Drafting Technology; Photography; and HVAC.
