Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-58070-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jose Oseguera. The Project is limited to one (1) encroachment for removal of water diversion infrastructure at the headwaters of an unnamed tributary to McDonald Creek. Work for the diversion removal will include use of hand tools to remove all plastic and wood components of the infrastructure. A three-sided concrete spring box with dimensions 60-inches wide, 36-inches deep and 36-inches tall will remain in place. Maintenance of the remaining infrastructure shall be performed as needed to minimize obstruction of flow, and ensure compliance with this Agreement. Diversion of water is not authorized under the Agreement. If water diversion is proposed, a new notification shall be submitted to CDFW.
