Caltrans proposes to repair and/or replace 39 culverts on State Route (SR-) 138 from Post Mile (PM) 19.8 (0.34 mile west of Summit Post Office Road) to PM 36.6 (0.13 mile west of Lake Drive), in San Bernardino County. The project is partially located in Hesperia, along and adjacent to the Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area, and within the census designated place of Crestline.
