Document Description
The Project would provide pedestrian crossing improvements, including new pedestrian signal heads, overhead flashing beacon poles, striping, raised medians, and new pedestrian and bike route signs to improve safety at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) (or State Route 1 [SR 1]) and Big Rock Drive. The Project would be developed an approximately 575 linear feet (Project Site). The purpose of this Project is to improve safety along PCH. The Project would consist of work entirely within the public right-of-way.
