The proposed travel center will include a 60-room hotel, an 8,548-square-foot convenience store with a drive-through restaurant, two (2) multi-use buildings, each containing a 2, 178-square-foot fast-food drive-through restaurant with an attached 5,220-square-foot retail space, a fueling station to accommodate seven (7) diesel fuel truck pumps, sixteen (16) standard vehicle fuel pumps, a truck repair facility, and a two (2) tunnel manual truck wash. The site will also include a 500-gallon propane tank, 32,000 gallons of underground gasoline storage, and 40,000 gallons of aboveground diesel storage.
