Document Description
The proposed project will remodel 25,400sf of space in the Director's suite on the 6th floor of the East End Building. The scope of work will require demolition of current offices and three conference rooms plus miscellaneous associated spaces, removal of all modular systems furniture (MSF), removal of carpet and base. The project includes construction of a new, large conference room with the ability to subdivide into smaller rooms using movable partition walls, construction of new offices and associated spaces, new MSF layouts, new finishes such as carpet, base, and paint throughout for a completely renovated space. The project also includes associated infrastructure, such as supply and return air, VAV boxes, plumbing, electrical power, lighting, tele/data, and fire sprinkler/alarm system.
