Document Description
The Project will replace an existing 10-inch cast iron water main to a 12-inch ductile iron pipe on Cerritos Avenue from 9th Street to Walnut Street. The Project will also include the replacement of large domestic water services and valves, 1-inch and 2-inch water services, fire hydrants, and the restoration of the road and striping areas affected by the pipe trench.

The Project will involve replacing existing water pipelines, which do not have the potential to create a significant effect on the environment. None of the exceptions to the use of a categorical exemption set forth in CEQA Guidelines section 15300.2 apply.
