Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of recognition and approval of existing days of operation, existing days allowing retail sales, levels of visitation, and removal of mandated annual reporting of winery operations. The approval will not exceed the baseline conditions of 2018 operational levels. Physical improvements will occur within an existing building or on areas of the site with less than 10% slopes that have previously been disturbed by landscaping, vineyards, and grading for winery development. The site of the development is not in an environmentally sensitive area and is not on any of the lists of hazardous waste sites enumerated under Government Code Section 65962.5.
