On April 8, 2026, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Water Board) issued this Statewide Restoration General Order Notice of Applicability (NOA) to Nicole Schmidt, The Nature Conservancy. The purpose of this Project is to implement a groundwater recharge project in an unnamed tributary to Little Mill Creek to augment dry-season streamflow in the Mill Creek watershed for the purpose of salmonid habitat enhancement downstream of the project area. This notice is to advise that the Regional Water Board issued the above-described NOA on the date signed below.
