The Project includes the following improvements at Sunburst Park: install two (2) new
playground sets, an outdoor fitness zone (Ninja Course), a concrete pump track, Americans with Disabilities compliant sidewalks, replacement artificial turf next to existing sunning area at splash pad, landscaping and trees with irrigation, site
lighting, improved monument sign, drinking fountains, decorative fencing to surround splash pad and sunning areas with access gate and decorative art features. The Project also proposes improvements to the Community Park consisting of a new playground set and shade sail.
