Reasons for Exemption
The Project consists of the manual planting of native conifer seedlings on various Conservancy-owned parcels. The activities to be conducted under the Project do not involve removal of any vegetation. The project’s direct impacts to Conservancy parcels are minor alterations to land that will not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees. This is consistent with § 15304.
