THE PROJECT IS EXEMPT FROM FUTHER ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PURSUANT TO CEQA GUIDELINES SECTION 15183, AS IT IS CONSISTENT WITH THE DEVELOPMENT DENSITY AND LAND USE DESIGNATION EVALUATED IN THE CITY OF INDIO GENERAL PLAN 2040 PROGRAM EIR (SCH NO. 2015081021). THE ANALYSIS DETERMINED THAT THE PROJECT WOULD NOT RESULT IN NEW, PECULIAR, OR MORE SEVERE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS THAN THOSE PREVIOUSLY ANALYZED. THEREFORE, NO ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED.
