Document Description
Comcast Cable proposes to serve an estimated 1,080 unserved locations. There are
approximately 1,226 unserved units in the project area. An estimated unserved
population of 2,575 would be offered service. An estimated total population of 2,612
will benefit from these investments. The project will provide symmetrical speeds up to
1.2 Gbps and offer a low-cost plan exceeding 50/20 Mbps.
Comcast Cable will deploy approximately 132 miles of last-mile fiber. The network
infrastructure will be 29% underground and 71% aerial.

Jesus Maria Road: approximately 324,228 feet of new aerial fiber and approximately 133,078 feet of new underground fiber.
Michel Road: approximately 145,413 feet of new aerial fiber and approximately 48,426 feet of new underground fiber.
Mountain Ranch Road: approximately 29,317 feet of new aerial fiber and approximately 20,589 feet of new underground fiber.
