Document Description
The project is an Airspace Lease in which the Licensee, T-Mobile proposes to install
emergency back-up generator at the Irvine Lake stealth tower, along SR-241 in Irvine,
CA. Work includes: installing (1) a new 10’ x 4’ concrete pad, (2) a new Generac 48kW diesel fueled emergency backup generator, (3) an emergency shut down switch, (4) a new portable fire extinguisher with 18 lbs. capacity, (5) an ATS on existing CMU wall, and (6) new conduits from the generator to the automatic transfer switch. The disturbed soil area (DSA) is less than 1 acre. Some work will occur in Caltrans Right of way. No new right of way is anticipated.
