Document Description
This Project includes the repair and replacement of aged sewer mains, laterals, and manholes serving various properties within Olympic Valley. Most of the repair work will be completed through trenchless rehabilitation methods including cured-in-place pipe of sewer mains (5,868 linear feet) and cementitious coating of 21 manholes. Nine manholes and 90 linear feet of existing sewer mains will be replaced, and an additional ten manholes will receive chimney repairs through traditional excavation methods as their conditions are beyond trenchless repair. All sewer infrastructure included has reached the end of its useful life and its repair/replacement will benefit the residents, the sewer collection system, and surrounding environment.
