The Project will consist of a cannabis distributor-transportation operation located at 1000 Saint Francis Way, Suite #H, Rio Vista CA 94571. The APN is 0178-230-020. It will operate out of an existing 17,600 SF building and occupy 4113 SF for cannabis activities. There will be other cannabis activities on site. The total vehicle trips will not surpass 110 trips per day.
