The project would implement a requirement from the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board to construct and operate water quality and quantity monitoring stations to measure water quantity and quality in a receiving water (e .g. creek/river/stream) during wet and dry weather, and a major outfall (e.g. storm drain from urban environment) during wet weather in the Ventura County
portion of the Malibu Creek Watershed.
