Install broadband fiber high-density polyethylene conduit system along Interstate 580 from PM 1.21 to PM 6.24 in Contra Costa County, along Interstate 580 from PM 2.47 to PM 4.7 in Marin County, along Interstate 580 in Marin County from PM 4.7 to PM R.06 on Highway 101 in Sonoma County, along Highway 101 from PM 4.035 to PM 9.952 in Marin County, and along Highway 101 from PM 0.06 to PM 26.38 in Sonoma County. The 58.90-mile-long project alignment has segments in Contra Costa, Marin, and Sonoma counties along I-580 and Highway 101. It does not include the portion of Route 580 (PM 0.01 to 2.54) that crosses the San Franscico Bay on Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. This portion of Route 580 is being permitted separately.
