The project consists of the removal of 20 Eucalyptus trees within Milsap preserve adjacent to the pond. At the border of Milsap preserve along Gilette Road, approximately six acres will be thinned to create a shaded fuel break. Only Eucalyptus trees ten inches in diameter or smaller will be removed. This project will remove dangerous fuels and improve habitat.
