Document Description
A Director’s Order (DO) has requested damaged girders repair on the Theodore Street OC, bridge # 56 0488, which was struck by a truck hauling an excavator on September 18, 2025. Proposed work will include patching and epoxy injection to damaged girders, job site management and Water Pollution Control (WPCP), providing COZEEP and traffic control on State Route 60 (SR-60), at postmile 21.37 in Riverside County. All work will take place within Caltrans right- of-way.
