This project is statutorily exempt under CEQA pursuant to public resources Code Section 21080(b)(3) and CEQA Guidelines 15269(a); Storm damage created hazardous conditions that threaten public health and safety. The project of emergency repairs is necessary to restore the facility to its pre-storm condition. All work occurs within the existing footprint. No work will take place beyond Form adapted from Appendix E of the CEQA Guidelines August 2024.
