Document Description
A Director’s Order (DO) was requested to repair damage on State Route 178 (SR-178) caused by a series of intense rainstorms on September 18, 2025. The work includes reconstructing washed out roadbeds; remove debris; cleaning out existing drainage basins; repairing and replacing drainage systems; cleaning debris barriers; replace guardrails and treatments and implementing traffic control measures along SR-178 between PMs 10.0 and PM 12.0 in San Bernardino County. All work will occur in Caltrans’ right of way.
