Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-67136-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Suntex Marina Investors. The existing bulkhead wall at the Tahoe Keys Marina was constructed in the late 1960s and early 1970s and is nearing the end of its design life. The project will replace the sheet pile bulkhead wall along the lagoon, remove an existing boat launch ramp and boat lift, construct a new boat launch ramp and boat lift south of the existing boat launch ramp, re-align an existing dock, and install two (2) new gangways and their associated landings and piles in the southern area of the project.
