This project is exempt under Class 1(d), Section 15301 Existing Facilities as the project proposes to remove debris and repair damage to fencing and drainage inlets on a segment of existing roadbed of Interstate 80 in Nevada County. Damage caused by landslides is considered less than significant since lanes of travel remain open. Additionally, the project does not propose to expand the use of the existing facilities.
