This action is consistent with Section 15311 Class 11, Accessory Structures, consisting of the construction, or placement of minor structures accessory to (appurtenant to) existing commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities in this instance, the proposed construction of a new concrete silage slab, one (1) commodity barn, two (2) freestall barns, two (2) shade structures, two (2) loafing barns, nine (9) corral shade structures, additional calf hutches, additional open lot corrals and the relocation of the manure storage area located on the property as noted earlier. Therefore, the application of CEQA Section 15311 is applicable and appropriate for this project.
