Document Description
The Project will consist of the addition of a cannabis nursery already within a facility already operating a medium indoor cannabis grow and distribution. The premises is located on a parcel that is fully developed with an existing 116,320SF industrial warehouse on a 7.72 acre lot. The zoning designation is industrial. No expansion beyond the current used footprint is pursued, as the nursery activities will occur in rooms previously designated as immature canopy areas for the medium indoor license. The water will be supplied by the City of Woodlake with an onsite groundwater well for backup. SoCal Edison supplies sufficient electricity.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
