Document Description
The proposed project includes three primary components: construction of a new athletic building, a restroom building, and improvements to the varsity and junior varsity softball fields and the baseball field. The athletic building would be a two-story, approximately 33,270-square-foot facility with locker rooms, team rooms, training and support spaces on the first floor and classrooms, offices, and activity spaces on the second floor. Construction would require demolition of a portion of the northern parking lot, five tennis courts, and landscaped areas, including removal of four trees, and would include new landscaping, fencing, lighting, bike racks, and other site improvements. A new one-story restroom building would be constructed within the Agri-Science Academy area, and the northern parking lot would be reconstructed to include EV charging spaces, ADA spaces, a new driveway, bicycle parking, and improved pedestrian walkways. The project would also install 16 sports field light poles to allow evening practices and would be constructed in one phase between July 2026 and February 2028 with onsite staging and worker parking.
