Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Professions Code, Section 26012, approved a Specialty Indoor commercial cannabis license submitted on 02/23/2026, by Dream Team Partnership, LLC. The Project will consist of a specialty indoor (LCA26-0000117) cultivation operation located at 2215 Quesada Ave (APN:5333-033) in San Francisco County. The project will operate within a two-story 5,364 sq ft warehouse zoned in the Industrial and warehouse district. The Project anticipates both mature and immature plants combined total of 1880 plants. The warehouse was listed as a potential historical resource however the project planner anticipated the project would involve less than four hours of construction, therefore no further environmental review required. Water is supplied by retail supplier San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Shipping, receiving, and packaging takes place on site.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
