Document Description
Posted and Filed NOE for PWCP 24-016 2024 HSIP Reflective Backplate Upgrade HSIPSL5419(069) This project will add retroreflective backplates to the City's traffic signal which will increase visibility. The traffic signal backplates will frame the signal housing with a one-to-three-inch yellow retroreflective border. The retroreflective border provides a contrasted background that illuminates the signal during both daytime and nighttime conditions, while also increasing the signal's visibility in the case of a power outage. All work will be completed within existing developed and disturbed right of way.
