This Project will consist of the installation of 1650±L.F. of 12-inch PVC water pipe within Strecker Street south of the intersection with Drummond Avenue and 650±L.F. 8-inch PVC water pipe within Start Street. The beneficiaries of the Project are the residents of the Stark Street Mutual Water Company whose well is no longer functional and for which the State has been paying for hauled water to serve the residents for approximately 2 years.
