An application to modify an existing T-Mobile wireless facility on an existing steel monopole in the public right-of-way near the 21900 block of Pacific Coast Highway. The project would remove two panel antennas, one mounting arm, and one equipment shroud, and would install two new side-mounted antennas (approximately 14 inches in width), an equipment shroud, along with pole-mounted radio equipment, cabling, an electrical shutoff switch, and associated equipment. The existing 29-foot 8-inch steel monopole (SCE Pole ID No. 21065SPR) and ground-mounted meter pedestal would remain in place with no change in height or dimensions. No excavation, trenching, or new ground-mounted equipment is proposed. In addition to City-issued permits, the applicant is required to obtain an encroachment permit from the California Department of Transportation.
