The project involves installing signs on existing or new metal posts within the public right-of-way. The purpose is to prohibit oversized vehicle parking at all times with tow away authorization on Railroad Ave, on both sides of the road, from Salinas Rd to Allison Rd; and on Allison Rd, on both sides of the road, from Railroad Ave to San Juan Rd; in the unincorporated area of Monterey County. By prohibiting oversized vehicles from parking, it will help address illegal dumping/litter and health and safety issues with oversized vehicles/campers/trailers.
