The Traffic Signal Upgrades Project, at the intersection of Esperanza Road and Fairlynn Boulevard in unincorporated north Orange County, consists of removing, replacing and installing traffic signal equipment including poles and foundations, conduits and conductors, pull boxes, new signage and striping, and installation of a concrete pad for pedestrian crossing. The total project area is 0.3 acres, and construction equipment will be staged adjacent to the Santa Ana River Trail at North Hondo Street and La Palma Avenue. The project would take approximately 50 working days in Fall 2026.
